[Alaska (AK) Chiropractor Learning Course] To become a chiropractor in Alaska, you must first attend an accredited chiropractic college. The University of Western States is the only chiropractic college in Alaska and it is fully accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE). Once you have completed your undergraduate studies, you must apply to the CCE for their certification examination. After passing this exam, you are eligible to take the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE) examination. This exam is designed to test your knowledge of human anatomy and physiology as well as diagnostic skills. Once you have passed both exams, you are eligible for licensure in Alaska.
The Alaska Board of Chiropractic Examiners (ABCE) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of your practice once you have been licensed by them. They will make sure that all patient records are kept up to date and that they include all necessary information related to treatments given or received by patients under your care at any time during their visit with you. You will also be required to submit quarterly reports detailing any changes within your practice or any other administrative issues that may need addressing by them before they can consider renewing your license each year after its initial issuance when this becomes necessary as well Learning Course is a platform that helps students to study and learn.
