The Arizona Confidential Intermediary Certification Course is designed to educate attorneys and mediators on the process of preparing a Confidential Intermediary Report to submit to the court. The course covers all aspects of the Confidential Intermediary Statute including what constitutes a Confidential Intermediary Report, when and how it should be used, and how to prepare one. In addition, the course provides an overview of how the courts have implemented this new law.

This course was developed by several of Arizona's top experts in family law, including attorneys who are certified as confidential intermediaries by the Arizona Supreme Court. The course will be taught by Steven L. Scheffler, Esq., attorney at law and certified as a confidential intermediary by the Arizona Supreme Court. He has been practicing family law for over 30 years including 20 years as a Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona. He will also be assisted by other experienced attorneys who have been certified as confidential intermediaries by the Arizona Supreme Court.

The course is designed for anyone who wants to become certified as an Arizona Confidential Intermediary or just learn more about this new law.
