The New Mexico Athletic Trainer License Learning Course is a 30-hour program designed to provide educational instruction and practical experience in the field of athletic training. The course is administered by the New Mexico State University Department of Kinesiology and Health Education in cooperation with the New Mexico Athletic Trainers' Association (NMATA). This course is approved by the NMATA and recommended by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA).
The purpose of this program is to provide athletic trainers with a comprehensive educational experience that encompasses all aspects of athletic training. The curriculum emphasizes clinical competencies, including first aid, emergency care, injury prevention, therapeutic modalities, rehabilitation and return-to-play issues. License Learning Course is a platform that helps students to study and learn. The platform provides all the required material for the students to study. The material includes Study guide, Exam Questions & Answers, Study Notes and other resources that are useful for the students. It also gives information about the upcoming exams so that students can prepare themselves accordingly.
