The South Dakota Milk Sampler/Grader (Bulk Milk Hauler) Learning Course is offered by a local dairyman and sponsored by the South Dakota Cooperative Extension Service, South Dakota State University. This course will provide you with the basic information needed to meet the requirements of the South Dakota Department of Agriculture's licensing program.

The class will be held at 6 p.m., Thursday, April 25, at the Cooperstown Community Center, Cooperstown High School, Cooperstown. The classroom portion will be held from 6-8:30 p.m. with breaks in between each section and a break at 8:30 p.m. Dinner will be provided at 6 p.m., but you may bring your own if desired or go out to eat before coming back for class at 6 p.m..

There is no charge for this class but registration is required by April 18 so we have time to order food for everyone and know how much food to prepare for dinner! Learning Course is a platform that helps students to study and learn. The platform provides all the required material for the students to study. The material includes Study guide, Exam Questions & Answers, Study Notes and other resources that are useful for the students. It also gives information about the upcoming exams so that students can prepare themselves accordingly.
