The Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities requires that all individuals who are employed as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Tennessee complete this course. The course is also open to any individual who wishes to continue their education in behavior analysis. The course is designed for those who have completed the BACB LBA Certification Exam, but it is not required.

This course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge necessary to competently perform the role of an LBA in accordance with state regulations and standards. It covers material relating to best practices in behavior analysis, including ethical issues and professional standards of practice.
