This course is sponsored by the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners and will be held on October 25, 2018 at the Holiday Inn Express, 1000 Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37217. The course begins at 8:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm.

The cost of this course is $200.00 per person. Checks should be made payable to "TN Board of Medical Examiners." Please include a copy of your license if you have one available when sending your check or money order.

Cancellation policy: Refunds will only be given if cancellation occurs prior to September 1st. There will be no refunds after September 1st.
