[Vermont Real Estate Broker Learning Course] The Vermont Real Estate Broker Learning Course is designed to prepare students to take the state exam required to become a licensed real estate broker in Vermont.

The course covers all aspects of the state licensing exam and is designed to be completed in one semester, but it can also be taken at your own pace over a longer period of time.

The course is broken down into ten units:

Unit 1 - Real Estate Principles and Practices

Unit 2 - Federal and State Income Taxation of Real Property Sales Transactions

Unit 3 - Federal Fair Housing Act Requirements and Related Regulations

Unit 4 - Mortgage Lending Law

Unit 5 - Real Estate Finance Law, including Mortgage Loan Business, Sale-Leaseback Transactions, Mortgages with Consumer Protection Provisions (TILA), Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM) and Alternative Mortgage Products (ARM)

Unit 6 - Residential Real Estate Brokerage Law, including Agency Relationships, Broker Compensation, Contracts for Services or Sales, Employment Law Considerations for Brokers-in-Charge/Managers/Associates, Trust Account Management Requirements Under the Uniform Trust Code (UTC), Appraisal Services Requirements Under UTC; Learning Course is a platform that helps students to study and learn. The platform provides all the required material for the students to study. The material includes Study guide, Exam Questions & Answers, Study Notes and other resources that are useful for the students. It also gives information about the upcoming exams so that students can prepare themselves accordingly.
