[West Virginia (WV) Asbestos Worker Learning Course] We are a state agency that regulates asbestos and lead-based paint in homes, schools, day care centers and other public buildings.

Our mission is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the people of West Virginia by inspecting for and ensuring compliance with the federal Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) and the federal Lead Based Paint Disclosure Rule (LBDR).

Our mission also includes protection from exposure to asbestos and lead-based paint hazards through abatement activities in schools, commercial buildings, medical facilities and other public facilities. Learning Course is a platform that helps students to study and learn. The platform provides all the required material for the students to study.
