[West Virginia (WV) Licensed Graduate Social Worker Learning Course] The course is intended to provide knowledge and skills needed to assume a role as a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) in West Virginia.

This course is designed for MSW students who are interested in becoming licensed as LGSWs. The course will focus on areas of practice that are unique to the LGSW license. It will also provide students with an opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills they have developed throughout their social work education through experiential learning opportunities.

In addition to completing this course, each student must complete the application process for licensure through WV Board of Examiners for Licensed Social Workers (WVBLELS).
