The West Virginia Licensed Social Worker Learning Course (WVLSWPC) is a self-paced, online course that provides education and training to candidates who want to become Licensed Social Workers in West Virginia. It is designed for individuals who already have a Master's degree in social work (MSW), but are not licensed as Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW). The WVLSWPC meets the requirements set forth by the West Virginia Board of Examiners for Licensed Professional Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Social Workers (BELPCT).

The WVLSWPC combines online instruction with hands-on experience through an internship or practicum experience at an agency. This combination helps students gain the skills necessary to pass the BELPCT exam, as well as prepare them for their future careers as professional counselors or therapists.

The WVLSWPC is offered by West Virginia University at Parkersburg (WVUPB) in partnership with Pearson VUE. Learning Course is a platform that helps students to study and learn.
