The West Virginia principals' Learning Course is a comprehensive, standards-based, professional development program for principals and assistant principals.

The program is designed to assist you in mastering the skills and knowledge necessary to be an effective leader of your school or district. The course includes training in all aspects of school management, such as building operations, instructional leadership, budgeting and finance, personnel administration, legal issues, assessment, and public relations.

The West Virginia principals' Learning Course consists of three modules: Module 1 covers teacher evaluation and student assessment; Module 2 covers instruction, curriculum development and implementation; and Module 3 covers student support services. The modules are delivered over a period of six consecutive weeks in July and August each summer. Learning Course is a platform that helps students to study and learn. The platform provides all the required material for the students to study. The material includes Study guide, Exam Questions & Answers, Study Notes and other resources that are useful for the students. It also gives information about the upcoming exams so that students can prepare themselves accordingly.
