[Wyoming HEARING AID SPECIALIST Learning Course] The Wyoming Hearing Aid Specialist Learning Course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform hearing aid examinations and complete the clinical portion of the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences (NBCHS) exam. This course will also provide students with an overview of audiology practice requirements, which include:

Federal laws and regulations governing hearing instrument fitting in the United States;

The effects of aging on hearing;

Treatment options for common hearing symptomatology; and
